Our Story

Founded in 2003 by Rupert Reed and Sarah Rogerson, Godliman has been rooted in Asset Management Executive Search for over two decades.

Today, our team includes Consultants and Researchers with between 15 and 30 years of Executive Search experience. We are renowned for our expertise in delivering searches that require an in-depth understanding of the sector, as well as of respective client and candidate needs.
