Provisional Target List
We use agreed quantitative criteria to identify potential candidates and overlay qualitative referencing to confirm skills, competence and behaviours to deliver the Best-Fit candidates.

Target List Meeting
We provide detailed information on candidate-client fit as well as a comprehensive capabilities assessment. We also give feedback on relevant market intelligence and trends.
