Deb has nineteen years’ Asset Management executive search experience and will help us as an Executive Recruitment Consultant, to execute assignments both in North America and the EMEA region.
Deb began her career in 2000 and has previously worked for two boutique firms specialising in team lift-outs and acquisitions. Most recently, in 2006 she joined Devonshire Partners as a Senior Researcher where she was Head of the US office and managed cross-functional assignments across the UK, European, and US markets.
Godliman is committed to doing the best work in the industry and delivering the right candidate, the first time, for the long term. This requires a high-touch, high-resource business model, so Deb’s long experience and deep knowledge of the Asset Management sector will bring hugely valuable expertise to our team, as well as expand our Search capabilities in North America.
